Bedtime Tips For You And Your Baby

Did you have any hard time with your baby regarding his sleeping at night?  Or did your baby wake up more frequently during the night?  To get a better night's sleep both you and your baby, I would like to suggest bedtime tips for you and your baby.  These come from my own direct experience and other mom's experiences that I would like to summarize again here below.

One of the most important thing to help your baby sleep through the night, that you should bear in mind firstly, is to set your baby's sleeping time.  For example, you should have to set up time for your baby to go to bed at the same every night and wake up at the same time every morning.  Besides, having nap time around the same time would be much helpful as well.

Secondly, you should give your baby your feeding at the last possible moment; i.e. earlier and not too late before bedtime.

And then bath time is also important and should be done at the same time every night to prepare your baby to learn that it is almost bedtime already.

In the meantime, before going to bed, you should provide your baby with only a few quiet 2 - 3 activities every night; i.e. reading some stories from nighttime books to your baby, singing lullaby songs, talking about the day to your baby, etc.

I will be more than glad if you find that these bedtime tips are useful for you and your baby.  And I also believe that with the bedtime tips, your fatigue will be decreased because you will have more sleeping during the night.  Good luck!
